My solar PV yield this year

The weather we have been having this year is horrible and this has a big impact on solar PV yields - but not quite as much as you might expect given the weather. PV panels can use light filtered by cloud too. This is a very quick post showing what we've had from our panels this year compared to last year.



June:
  • PV yield down 18%
  • sunshine hours[1] down 39%

January-June:
  • PV yield down 6%
  • sunshine hours down 12%
